The Right Thing For Your Diet
In previously of this article, I mentioned we should avoid diet if we are going burning fat for long term. I will continue this subject, and I will give you some suggestion how to transform your current lifestyle to one which is with lean muscle and health body.
As everybody know, if we want keep metabolism going good, we need balance of proteins carbohydrates and fats in our body. But Fad diets has never consider about this factor. the Fad diets is so attractive for a short term program, but if we want to do long time fat burning, we still need do some basics to fit our body needs. So basic need are:
Complex Carbs (like whole grains, breads, cereals, etc.) are vital to maintaining your energy in each day, and do a host of other things within your body including keeping you feeling full.
Simple Carbs, or sugars (candy, soda pop, white processed baked goods, etc), are to be avoided and kept to a minimum for the most part. They provide little nutritional value to your body, only add calories. eating a sensible amounts of complex carbohydrates.
Proteins (lean meats, fish, poultry, soy, beans and legumes, etc.) are important to maintain the cellular structures in your body and provide the building blocks for the lean muscle you’re after, which is vital if you want to burn fat fast. But with anything else, don’t go overboard with protein.
There is important aspect of protein involves where you got the protein from, recent data suggests don’t get too much protein from animal proteins, it would increase the possibility of disease.
Fats (found in many proteins, nuts, oils, etc.) are essential to maintain certain bodily processes like hair, nail, and skin regeneration. But there is a very big different of the opinion for how much fat take for each day, add some healthy oils, nuts, and seeds in your meal, that would good.
Please make sure eat as many green veggies as you can eat, and eat both a portion or two of complex carbs and a portion of protein at each meal, the fat burning would be more effective if you focus on nutrient rich foods.
How many time should we eat when we want burning fat the best, actually, it is better eat all of the daily calories in one meal. Eating smaller more frequent meals throughout the day, Try and eat 5-6 smaller meals per day, spaced about 3 hours apart.
